I've started three games so far. On all three, I find an AI empire within the first dozen turns or so and, as per my usual routine, offer a non-aggression treaty. They have rejected it each time and immediately (or, in the most recent case, a few turns later) declared war on me. Given that I'm still trying to work around how limited supplies and movement are, this is rather distressing.
Did I just end up with particularly unfriendly neighbors (Cue Cappa, Cryslonite, Amonkrie), did I piss them off somehow, or can I expect this hostility as a general rule? Back to top
